One of Canteen’s customer favourites! The Gravy Train return with some crazy new Canteen exclusives – we have had a sneak peak and excited is an understatement! Tom and his twin Brother Ben started out in Sheffield just over a year ago. Since then they have gained great acclaim with their wonderful Poutine. Poutine is an indulgent and delicious French-Canadian dish consisting of rustic, skin-on Fries, ‘squeaky’ Cheese Curds and a killer Beef or Mushroom Gravy to melt it all down and make it all gooey. Then there’s the toppings – Shredded BBQ Chicken, Maple Bacon, Crispy Onions, Roasted Peppers, Choppy Cajun Slaw, Sauteed Mushrooms and more.
Well what can we say about the wonderful Flying Cows? They do burgers………. really well – so much so that they have won numerous awards. Head man Dan Batchelor is a professional chef by trade and has worked in some of the best restaurants in Birmingham & London. All their burgers are made using dry aged beef from his family’s own farm of pedigree grass-fed Dexter Cattle. Direct from Birmingham………. Behold the Flying Cows!
Fat Snags is the brainchild of Richard Newman. They have only one goal – to make the best damn hot dog you have ever tasted! Sourcing the best ingredients and using sausages that are custom made by AW Lashfords in Birmingham which are then cooked in beer from Purity brewing co. and finished off over an open flame grill. Add to that a plethora of homemade toppings and sauces.
