Domingo Bellot grew up in his native city of Madrid, Spain, listening to musical influences ranging from D&B, Techno, Hip-Hop, House and Break-beat throughout his early years. As time passed, his skills and reputation as a solid selector throughout Europe steadily grew, cementing his position as one of Spain’s most promising talents on the electronic music scene. With influences varying from Cypress Hill, DJ Shadow, Laurent Garnier, and The Chemical Brothers, there is no doubt in Bellot’s rich musical history contributing towards his current status as both a DJ and Producer.

Now situated in Barcelona, De La Swing has firmly placed himself as a staple in the Tech-House scene, both in his home country as well as across the world, in countries such as France, the UK, the US, Croatia and even as far as South America and UAE. There is no uncertainty that this has been partly due to his signing and major part in one of the hottest and most talked-about clubbing brands of today, elrow. As one of elrow’s main resident DJs, you can expect to see his name frequently on elrow’s rosters, whether it be in Barcelona (the home of elrow), Ibiza, or any of their other outrageously wacky parties across the globe. As well as playing the final set of elrow’s closing party at the iconic Space Ibiza, as well as some blistering performances across some of the biggest festivals across the world, including Parklife, Hideout, Lovebox and Electric Zoo, Bellot has also become a big highlight of the Kaluki brand of parties in the UK. This is all on top of a solid string of Tech-House releases, recently publishing on labels such as elrow Music, Glasgow Underground, Material and Kaluki Musik.

In 2016, De La Swing became the proud label manager and A&R for elrow Music, helping to grow the label and spotting many up and coming talents which have since seen the top ten on platforms such as Beatport. With the elrow brand as a whole only seeming to grow more and more after each party, there is no doubt that Bellot’s future, along with elrow’s future, is as bright as the colourful confetti and lights seen at their parties. With his sets full of energy, charisma and not afraid to cross usual boundaries, he has steadily built a following that is only growing stronger. With more releases planned on labels like Form Music, Deeperfect, Loose Recordings and of course elrow Music, we are ridiculously excited to welcome Domingo to our DBE End of Year roster and can’t wait to see what he brings to the decks. See you there!

Yousef was first bitten by the acid house bug at the legendary rave metropolis “Shelly’s” in 1991 and since then has grabbed the global industry by the scruff of the neck, forcing his way in through sheer talent and determination, a true legend in the game, Yousef has run his well respected record label “Circus Recordings” since 2009, with massive names gracing the discography such as Marco Carolla, Loco Dice, Carl Cox and Maya Jane Coles to name a few. In addition, Yousef’s Liverpool club night of the same name celebrates its 15th birthday this year, showcasing Yousef’s talent to move with the times and keep at the forefront of electronic music. In his earlier days, residencies at Ministry of Sound, Renaissance and most notably Cream, cemented the scouse empire with a love of house at a point where trance began to rule clubland.  Yousef became, and still is today, one of the names on everyone’s lips in terms of electronic music, playing the world over in the best clubs and the most notable nights.

With a plethora of releases stemming back nearly 20 years, Yousef is possibly one of the hardest working producers in electronic music today, with his infamous “Circus” remixes of many classic tunes that are still doing the rounds today, putting his own spin on already well received dance music tracks from artists such as Boris Dlugosch, DJ Sneak, Fatboy Slim, Four Tet and Giles Peterson to name a few.

Yousef proudly steps into 2017. With previous releases on Desolat, Bptich Control, Cocoon, Defected and Cecille, and new Yousef music signed and ready to be released this year on Crosstown Rebels, Knee Deep in Sound, Hot Creations, This & That as well as his own Circus Recordings, we can’t wait to hear him digging deep into his collection for the 22nd June, in what we think will be a really special night!
